Weekly Weigh In
I’m now weighing myself every Saturday to see if I’m continuing in the right direction. Today I weighed in at 157.4! So that’s .4 pounds thinner than last Saturday. This hasn’t been the best week (i’ve been above my calorie goal like every day and haven’t hit the gym), but I’m really glad to be making progress, however small. I’d be happy losing half...
